River Rock Slot Tournament

100% of all entry fees are entered into the prize pool.

Heat Times: Players are given the choice to choose their own heat times*
* Only applicable for the Qualifying Round
* If time slot is available

It is the responsibility of the player to be present on the day of the tournament and 10 minutes prior to their heat times.

If a participant is not present on the day of the tournament or during their heat time, their spot and entry fee will be forfeit.

Cancellations: All cancellations and refunds may be done until 48 hours prior to the date of the tournament. After this time no refunds will be made and entry fees will be forfeit.

Registration / Cancellations and Refunds will be done at the Guest Services desk by the hotel entrance. Participation is only available to BC GOLD members. If you are not a member then you can sign up and participate. BC GOLD cards will not earn any points during tournament play and any player not present at their assigned round may be disqualified and forfeit their registration fee.

HOW IT WORKS

Everyone will be broken into six (6) heats of 10 participants.

Qualifying Round will consist of two (2) 5 minute sessions. Both scores will be combined and Top 30 high scoring participants will advance to the Semi-Finals.

After the Qualifying Round is completed a cash prize will be awarded for the Lowest Score.

Semi-Finals will consist of 30 participants. Scores from the qualifying round will not carry over. Everyone will be broken down into three (3) heats of 10 participants. There will only be one (1) 5 minute round and the Top 10 high scoring participants will advance to the Finals.

After the Semi-Final Round is completed 2 Wild Card (Random) cash prizes will be awarded. Finalists are excluded from the Wild Card Draws.

Finals will consist of 10 participants. Scores from the Semi-Finals will not carry over. There will only be one (1) 5 minute round. All 10 finalists will receive cash awards. The tournament is expected to finish by 9pm.

Players will draw a machine number for each sessions of play to promote randomness.

In the event of a dispute the Tournament Director’s decision is final.
