Each buffet will have a diverse selection of salads which change daily. An example of some featured salads may be:

Caesar Salad, Mesclun Green salad, Greek salad, Tomato & Artichoke salad, Asian slaw, spinach salad, assorted fresh vegetables with dip, orange & grapefruit salad

Bread Buffet on every lunch
A variety of hard and soft rolls with butter
Soup on every lunch
Chef’s Inspiration of two fresh soups daily
Carving Station
Every lunch buffet will feature a Carving station which changes daily. Sample carving stations are:

Slow roasted prime rib of beef, Roasted Turkey Breast,Glazed Baked Ham, Slow roasted Loin of Pork
Hot Buffet
Runway 26’s hot buffet provides a mouth watering selection of vegetables, pastas and main dishes which compliment the daily theme. Some examples are:

Fettuccini Alfredo, Grilled Salmon, Teriyaki Chicken, Roasted Potato, Steamed Mussels, fresh market vegetables, Butter nut Squash ravioli
Dessert Buffet
Our desert buffet is worth the visit alone. Some sample desserts are:

Crème Caramel, Cheese Cake, Assorted Mini Pastries, Apple Strudel, Chocolate Mousse, Fresh Fruit, Assorted Italian Biscotti, trifle pudding, Assorted Cookies
